Hexaware collaborates with AWS to boost cloud adoption

Hexaware Technologies has announced a strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance cloud adoption solutions.

The partnership is intended to accelerate migration and modernisation while leveraging data and artificial intelligence to deliver generative AI-powered customer experience solutions in sectors such as retail, banking, and healthcare, among others.

Through this partnership, Hexaware aims to enable its customers to innovate and capitalise on real-time insights, unlocking business value and improving operational efficiency in industries such as travel, transport, and hospitality, as well as retail, banking, and healthcare.

Hexaware's expertise in AWS migration and modernisation is supported by the AWS Migration and Modernization Consulting Competency. This involves using AWS native accelerators and Hexaware's Amaze platform to provide faster migration and modernisation solutions, which aim to reduce costs for customers.

An additional component of the collaboration is Hexaware's GenAI-based platform, RapidX. AWS and Hexaware will further develop this platform to assist clients in cloud-native product development and legacy modernisation projects, with the goal of enhancing developer productivity and improving software development quality metrics.

Apurva Kadakia, Global Head – Cloud at Hexaware Technologies, stated, "Hexaware has been working with AWS on domain-specific generative AI solutions and has released a few in the retail and customer analytics space on AWS Marketplace. Our AI now enables quick, precise, and accurate case summarisation."
