Dynatrace earns Customers' Choice in 2024 Gartner report

Dynatrace has been recognised as a Customers' Choice in the 2024 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Observability Platforms report.

The Gartner Peer Insights recognises vendors who meet or exceed both the market average Overall Experience and the market average User Interest and Adoption score through the prestigious Customers' Choice distinction. The purpose of this recognition is to acknowledge companies that have gained significant positive feedback from their customers across various aspects of product delivery and service.

In the Observability Platforms report, Dynatrace customers rated the company 4.6 out of 5.0 stars, with 94% of respondents indicating that they would recommend Dynatrace solutions. This is based on 102 reviews collected by October 2024.

A Senior Communications Analyst referred to Dynatrace's service as a "game changing observability that has let us focus on where we can innovate," reflecting the sentiment of several users who reviewed the platform.

Similarly, a Director of IT praised the company's customer service and product capabilities, stating, "Customer service, top notch...product features, function, capabilities...second to none. Dynatrace is the bar I hold all other suppliers to, and none have come close yet." These sentiments were echoed by contributors across various sectors.

An IT Associate remarked on the implementation benefits: "Dynatrace was essential for implementing the concept of observability in the company, generating value and reliability in the services and applications monitored." The effectiveness and utility of the platform were recurrent themes among users.

Expressing a similar perspective, a Manager of IT Services described the solution as "incredible," highlighting that it "delivers a great experience and a lot of good data." The combination of advanced capabilities and customer satisfaction seems to set Dynatrace apart from its peers.

In addition to this recognition, Dynatrace was also named a Leader in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Observability Platforms. This positions the company as the furthest for Completeness of Vision and highest for Ability to Execute. Dynatrace also ranked first out of 17 vendors in the 2024 Gartner Critical Capabilities for Observability Platforms Report across three of five use cases: Application Health and Performance Monitoring (4.27/5), Hybrid Infrastructure Platform Operations (4.25/5), and Business Insights (4.22/5).
