Zyxel wins Taiwan Excellence for WiFi & security tech

Zyxel Networks was recognised at the 2025 Taiwan Excellence Awards for its contributions to wireless networking and security. It received accolades for its NWA130BE WiFi 7 Access Point and USG LITE 60AX Security Router.

The Taiwan Excellence Awards, initiated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs in 1993, celebrate Taiwan-made products demonstrating significant innovation and value. This year, Zyxel products were selected from nearly 900 entries. The awards spotlight excellence in research and development, design, quality, and marketing. Of these, only 286 products were distinguished with an award, affirming their outstanding standards.

The NWA130BE WiFi 7 Access Point represents a key player in the wireless industry, outpacing its predecessors with advanced interference reduction and AI-assisted WiFi management. Designed to meet the evolving demands of modern workspaces, this product offers SMBs enhanced digital solutions through its triple-radio structure and robust security capabilities accessed via cloud services.

The USG LITE 60AX Security Router is tailored for small business users, emphasising eco-friendliness and cybersecurity. Its construction features 95% post-consumer recycled plastic, significantly reducing carbon emissions by 81% compared to conventional materials. The router's compact size and accessible setup suit remote work settings and branch office environments.

Jiang elaborated on Zyxel's success: "As one of the first WiFi 7 APs launched to the global market, the NWA130BE brings transformative speeds and performance to SMBs, empowering workplaces to meet the demands of a digital-first world."
