Ping Identity recognised as leader in CIAM & access management
Ping Identity has been recognised as a leader in two major industry reports for its work in access management and customer identity solutions.
The company was named a Leader in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Access Management, an accolade it has now held for eight consecutive years. Andre Durand, CEO and Founder of Ping Identity, commented on the recognition, "We value the diligence with which Gartner approaches the Magic Quadrant for Access Management, and we're honored to have been recognised as a Leader for eight consecutive years. We've committed ourselves to being the most trusted identity partner serving global enterprises when it comes to managing identity, combating fraud and delivering extraordinary experiences."
The platform offers comprehensive identity and access management solutions to simplify deployment for customers managing workforce, customer, and business-to-business identities.
Ping Identity has also been acknowledged as a Leader in The Forrester Wave: Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Solutions for Q4 2024. The Forrester evaluation awarded Ping Identity the highest possible scores in 11 criteria, including innovation, data orchestration, and risk-based authentication.
The Forrester report described Ping's solution as "a great fit for enterprises with 1) existing and capable in-house CIAM talent, 2) requirements for flexible CIAM delivery form factors, including vendor (SaaS) or customer managed, and 3) complex and difficult CIAM requirements." It further stated, "Roadmaps exceed expectations in AI, orchestration, and delegated administration."
Peter Barker, Chief Product Officer at Ping Identity, expressed pride in Forrester's recognition, saying, "It's an honour to have the Ping Identity Platform recognised as a leader in CIAM by Forrester, and acknowledged for our roadmaps that exceed expectations in AI, orchestration and delegated administration. We remain committed to delivering enterprise-proven identity security offerings at a time when it's needed most."
