FYI, this story is more than a year old

ManageEngine, Zoho Corporation's enterprise IT management division, has been classified as a 'Strong Performer' in two reports by Forrester Wave - the Q4 2023 Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and the Q4 2023 Enterprise Service Management (ESM).

The reports act as a purchasing guide for organisations and technology professionals, evaluating the leading vendors within the market.

ServiceDesk Plus and Endpoint Central, two of ManageEngine's solutions, have proved instrumental within the LPW Group's infrastructure.

Jay Stauffer, Vice President of Information Technology at LPW Group, praised the integration, "The ability to connect ServiceDesk Plus with Endpoint Central brings forth powerful automation, ensuring that routine tasks are executed effortlessly, freeing up resources for more strategic initiatives."

He further extols the augmentation of security measures and incident management due to this integration, creating a solid defence against potential threats across LPW Group companies.

ManageEngine hopes to continue addressing the needs of businesses today, who are looking for unified platforms. Rajesh Ganesan, president of ManageEngine, conveys the company's satisfaction with the recognition from Forrester Wave.

Ganesan highlights how their products are designed to work contextually together, aiding businesses overcome modern-day challenges and realise their highest-priority business outcomes, from digital transformation to improved employee experiences.

In the Forrester evaluation of 9 UEM vendors against 28 criteria across 3 categories, ManageEngine achieved top scores in the OS support, application management, innovation, pricing flexibility and transparency criteria. The company's UEMS offering, Endpoint Central, was recognised for driving security and IT operations convergence by integrating classic security features with management capabilities.

Forrester report commented on ManageEngine's efforts, stating, "The vendor has innovated with multiple new product releases in the past year, driven by market-leading R&D investment and high revenue growth." In response to the positive reception, the vice president at ManageEngine, Mathivanan Venkatachalam, highlighted their delight at the recognition as it confirms their ongoing efforts to consolidate Endpoint Central as a comprehensive endpoint platform.

Forrester also commended the company's IT service management (ITSM) platform, ServiceDesk Plus, in the Q4 ESM 2023 report. The introduction of two beneficial features for service teams - the single-touch workflow automation in the solution's cloud version and the blended conversations feature added to Zia, ManageEngine's AI-assisted chatbot - have made ServiceDesk Plus a more helpful tool for users.

The single-touch workflow automation eradicates the need for human interference by automating end-to-end intricate processes. Meanwhile, the blended conversations feature facilitates the crafting of meaningful conversation workflows visually and helps users contextually.
