Logpoint, a cybersecurity company, has announced the launch of its Business Critical Security (BCS) solution for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This new release will arm organisations with cloud security capabilities, allowing them to effectively manage monitoring and threat detection within SAP BTP. Applications built and managed on the platform will benefit from its extensive threat visibility features and proactive defence against unwanted activities.

SAP BTP provides a range of integrated services and tools, facilitating application development, deployment, and management. Its strengths include database and data management, analytics, machine learning, and more, making it a versatile platform for creating diverse applications, including web and mobile. Yet, with its position as the central point of entire cloud infrastructures, it potentially allows threat actors to access applications built on the platform and all integrations with other applications.

The Logpoint BCS for SAP BTP is an add-on to Logpoint BCS for SAP solutions, which enables visibility across the SAP environment, ensuring organisations can effectively respond to threats. By integrating with Logpoint's Converged SIEM platform, it delivers comprehensive threat detection and incident response across the entire IT infrastructure.
