Gallagher Security expands Australian team for regional growth

Today

Gallagher Security has announced an internal promotion and two new appointments within its Australian team, focusing on expanding its regional presence in 2025.

Mick Lambert has been appointed as the Engagement and Onboarding Manager, a new role within the company. Lambert has been with Gallagher for nearly seven years, beginning his career as a Technical Account Manager in Queensland, before advancing to Senior Technical Account Manager.

Craig Schutte, Executive Vice President for Asia Pacific and India, Middle East, and Africa at Gallagher Security, commented on this development stating, "We are excited to welcome Mick into this new role and look forward to the positive impact it will bring to our team and partners. This position will be pivotal in enhancing our engagement, enablement, education, and nurturing initiatives for new staff, Channel Partners, Technology Partners, and consultants in the Australian market, and is the start of great things to come as we move forward with our overall engagement strategy."

Adding to its leadership team, Gallagher Security has appointed Cory Elliott as the Senior Technical Account Manager for Queensland and Papua New Guinea. Elliott transitions to Gallagher from Chubb Fire & Security, where he held a similar senior technical role. His extensive experience encompasses high security systems and alarm and access control, with a focus on integrating these with other systems.

Scott Johnstone, National Sales Manager for Australia, highlighted the value Elliott brings, stating, "Cory's expertise will be a significant asset to our partners and clients alike, and we are confident that Cory's knowledge and skills will help enhance our service delivery and support across the region."

An additional appointment sees Keith Neville joining Gallagher as Sales Manager for South Australia and Northern Territory. With a background in security integrator businesses and a previous position at Motorola, Neville's broad industry experience is expected to bolster Gallagher's success in these regions.

Scott Johnstone expressed confidence in Neville's capabilities by saying, "Keith's broad industry knowledge and experience will be instrumental in driving our continued success in the region."
