Diligent to host Cyber Risk Virtual Summit in February 2025

Diligent is set to host a Cyber Risk Virtual Summit, providing leaders with strategies to enhance their organisations' resilience against cyber threats.

The summit, organised by Diligent, a company specialising in governance, risk, and compliance, will run from 5 to 6 February 2025. It will offer a platform for executives, board members, and cybersecurity professionals to engage in discussions on effective cyber risk management strategies.

The virtual event will include panel discussions with industry experts, focusing on best practices for governance, compliance, and managing risks in the current threat landscape. Participants of the online summit can also earn up to four continuing professional education credits.

Key figures expected to join include Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), cybersecurity and IT risk leaders, general counsels, board members, internal auditors, as well as enterprise risk management (ERM) and risk management leaders. Media personnel can also attend.

The event's agenda is designed to feature sessions on emerging trends in cyber risk management and how to effectively communicate cyber risks to company leadership and boards amidst rapidly changing circumstances. Topics listed for discussion include "Future-Proofing Your Cyber Risk Management: Trends for 2025", "Building Cyber Resilience: Complying with NIS2 and DORA", and "Cyber Resilience in the Age of AI: A New Frontier of Risk, Innovation and Sustainable Growth".
