Delinea witnesses increased global channel-sourced bookings

FYI, this story is more than a year old

Delinea, a solution provider that seamlessly extends privileged access management (PAM), has detailed 2022 performance results in its global channel that indicate significant momentum entering 2023, highlighted by nearly 30% year-over-year growth in global channel-sourced bookings. The company also announced that its partner program had received a 5-star rating in the prestigious CRN Partner Program Guide for the seventh consecutive year.

"As we extend PAM to meet identity and access control requirements of modern, hybrid enterprises, it is imperative that we also have a successful, enabled channel that can extend our reach into global markets," says David Castignola, chief revenue officer at Delinea. "Our global channel program continued to make huge strides in 2022, setting us up for greater success this year as we further expand our footprint."

"The Delinea Platform seamlessly extends PAM by providing authorisation for all identities, controlling access to an organisation's most critical hybrid cloud infrastructure and sensitive data to help reduce risk, ensure compliance, and simplify security. Delinea removes complexity and defines the boundaries of access for thousands of customers worldwide. Our customers range from small businesses to the world's largest financial institutions, intelligence agencies, and critical infrastructure companies."

Delinea saw a significant increase in engineer accreditations, attributed to the introduction of Delinea Secret Server boot camps throughout 2022. These intensive five-day enablement and training events were hosted across regions on five continents, resulting in new reseller partner certifications. The company also rolled out a new partner portal in 2022 that improves the ease of doing business with Delinea for VARs, system integrators, MSPs, and distributors.

"Participants in Delinea's partner channel program who are active in ongoing sales and technical training activities, attractive cash incentives, and merit-based market development programs are frequently the most successful producers in the ecosystem," adds Tim Puccio, senior vice president of global channels and alliances at Delinea, who was recently recognised as a CRN Channel Chief award recipient. "This makes engaging with Delinea even more advantageous to their bottom line. A low barrier to entry offers many partners within Delinea's partner community an opportunity to advance their place in the PAM market, which continues to grow at an impressive pace."

Several other key company channel highlights for 2023 include the appointment of Tim Puccio as senior vice president of global channel and alliances in October demonstrates Delinea's ongoing commitment to being a partner-focused organisation, growing its distribution business and providing best-in-class services to partners.

The company also received multiple recognitions by CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, including 2022 CRN Women of the Channel recognition for Katie McCroskey, director of knowledge management and partner training, and Kara Trovato, director for the North America channel, in addition to the 2023 CRN Channel Chief, and CRN's 2023 5-star partner program guide issued this week.
