Crisis24 launches executive cyber protection service

Crisis24 has launched Digital Executive Protection, a cybersecurity service for senior executives that extends protection to personal digital environments outside company networks.

The service addresses a gap many corporate security teams cannot directly manage: executives' personal devices, home networks, personal accounts, digital footprints, and family members. Attackers are increasingly using those channels to reach senior leaders as company systems become more tightly defended.

Digital Executive Protection includes removal of personal information from more than 200 data brokers, dark web monitoring, home network assessments, family cyber training, and a dedicated 24/7 response line. The package also includes structured assessments of connected devices and remote work environments, along with advisory support from senior information security specialists.

Personal channels have become a leading route for attacks on executives, which can involve credential theft, impersonation, financial fraud, and in some cases attempts that create physical security concerns.

Outside The Perimeter

The service is designed for enterprise use across executive teams, including boards and C-suites. It is intended to sit alongside existing corporate IT and security functions rather than replace them.

That reflects a wider shift in how companies view executive risk. As more senior staff work across office, home, and travel settings, the separation between corporate systems and personal digital exposure has become harder to maintain.

Crisis24 also framed the issue as a governance matter for boards, saying insurers and regulators are paying closer attention to the protection of individual executives as digital exposure creates reputational, financial, and physical risks.

The company's approach combines cyber support with broader executive protection work where needed. That can include coordination across digital and physical security issues when an incident moves beyond a company's internal technology environment.

One element of the service focuses on privacy exposure. Crisis24 will continuously monitor public, commercial, and criminal sources for signs that an executive's personal information has been exposed, and will provide breach alerts and quarterly reporting.

Another part addresses home technology. The service includes assessments of home networks, connected devices, and remote working setups, followed by recommendations to reduce risks in those environments.

Family members and household staff are also included through cyber training intended to cover phishing, social media privacy, and secure device use. These groups can become indirect targets when attackers try to reach executives through less protected channels.

A direct response line is part of the package, giving users access to a named cybersecurity team for guidance and incident response. The service also includes access to Chief Information Security Officer advisory support for strategic questions and board engagement.

Executive Targeting

The launch comes as companies face a broader challenge in protecting high-profile staff beyond the workplace. Executives often have a larger public profile, wider travel patterns, and more personal data available online than other employees, increasing the range of possible entry points for attackers.

In many organisations, internal security teams have clear authority over corporate devices and systems but limited reach into private homes and family settings. That can leave a grey area between corporate responsibility and personal risk management.

Crisis24 will continue to offer a separate cyber advisory service through its Private Strategic Group for prominent individuals, wealthy families, and family offices. It described Digital Executive Protection as a distinct offering built for deployment across a corporate executive population rather than for individual private clients.

The launch underlines a growing market for services that treat executive cyber exposure as part of wider corporate risk, particularly where personal information, home technology, and family behaviour can affect a company's security posture.
