Avanade unveils suite of Microsoft-powered tools for midmarket firms

Fri, 7th Nov 2025

Avanade has launched a suite of pre-packaged business solutions aimed at delivering measurable results for organisations seeking to modernise their operations and optimise cloud expenditure.

The new solutions, built to help businesses tackle challenges such as cloud costs, security and customer experience, are ready-to-deploy and designed to scale. The suite includes Avanade Accelerated ERP for streamlined operations, Avanade Cloud Move for secure migration to Microsoft Azure, Avanade Intelligent Security Operations for strengthened threat response, and Avanade Intelligent Contact Centre for improved customer and agent interactions.

New products

These offerings have been developed using established frameworks from Avanade's 25 years of experience working with Microsoft technology. The pre-packaged solutions aim to reduce complexity and overhead typically associated with enterprise-scale deployments, and are targeted in part at midmarket organisations, which Avanade defines as those with annual revenues between USD $300 million and USD $5 billion.

A key addition is the launch of Cloud ANALYZE, a free, self-service tool designed to provide detailed insights into an organisation's cloud environment. The automated platform offers recommendations to rebalance and reinvest cloud resources, with the company stating that average cost reductions of 20 percent are possible, and in some cases savings can reach 50 percent. The tool supports Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365, giving customers visibility into their cloud spending and where resources may be redirected to business growth initiatives.

Portfolio approach

Avanade has assembled a dedicated team named 'Avanade Go' to develop and scale these Microsoft-powered solutions. Led by Fabio Hasegawa, who has held senior roles in Brazil and the Financial Services sector, the team is focused on making technology advances more accessible for midmarket companies.

"At Avanade, our focus is on helping organizations adopt AI, unlocking the power of Microsoft technology in a way that's faster, simpler, and more accessible. These solutions build on years of Avanade's proven delivery experience and the IP we've developed through thousands of successful client projects. Over the years, Avanade has partnered with thousands of organizations around the world to modernize how they operate, from improving customer experiences to optimizing the use of cloud and data. These new solutions build on that global track record, giving clients faster, simpler ways to turn technology into real business results."

Rodrigo Caserta, Chief Executive Officer at Avanade, explained that the new offering is designed to allow organisations to "operate leaner, scale smarter, and achieve predictable, lower-risk results." The focus is on enabling companies to accelerate enterprise resource planning adoption for greater efficiency, migrate workloads to an AI-ready Azure platform, and bolster security using Microsoft's technologies.

Avanade Go Lead Fabio Hasegawa said the solutions will initially be available in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, with expansion to additional markets planned. Hasegawa commented:

"This is just the start of an exciting journey. We're beginning with launches in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, with plans to expand to additional markets in the weeks ahead. Our ambition is to set a new standard for client in delivery excellence, bringing the best of Avanade's Microsoft innovation to more businesses, faster. We're building a foundation for growth that combines speed, quality, and measurable impact for every client we serve."

Ralph Haupter, President and Chief Revenue Officer, Microsoft Small Medium Enterprises and Channel, highlighted the partnership and reach of these solutions in the market:

"Through Avanade's new capabilities, built on Microsoft Azure, we're helping our shared clients - especially those in the mid-market - realize value faster. These proven, ready-to-use solutions are simple to adopt and scale. They empower organizations to modernize with confidence and unlock business outcomes while growing on a secure, trusted Microsoft foundation."

Early adoption and outcomes

The ANALYZE tool, which is provided at no cost to users, is already supporting over 100 customers worldwide. By enabling a detailed review of current cloud environments, it provides guidance for organisations seeking to direct spending towards more strategic initiatives and efficiency improvements.

An earlier, non-automated version of ANALYZE, integrated within a solution called Avanade Cloud Impact, has been used by clients including Subsea7, which operates in engineering and offshore construction. Anders From, IT Director at Subsea7, reported the following:

"We've been very impressed with the insights and recommendations that came with Avanade Cloud Impact. We set Avanade a target cloud cost reduction of 20%. They committed to it and are tracking to exceed it, allowing a significant workload migration to go ahead. We're now focusing on surfacing further commercial insights, technical debt and business risk."

Avanade's new suite of Microsoft-based solutions is intended as the initial phase in a broader portfolio, with a focus on helping clients adapt rapidly to market pressures, manage costs, strengthen security, and deliver improved customer outcomes.
