Appian announced the winners of its 2024 Partner Awards during the global Appian World conference in Washington, DC. The award is a testament to Appian's partners' innovative solutions and exceptional service delivery ability on the Appian Platform, which has exceeded customer expectations.

The company has had remarkable success in transforming business processes, particularly across State and Local government, Financial Services, and Life Sciences sectors. Oliver Smith, KPMG's spokesperson, explained that the company's commitment to supporting clients through complex, multi-year transformational journeys has allowed them to leverage their industry expertise, institutional client knowledge, and robust Appian implementation abilities.

Groundswell received the Growth Award, intended for Appian practices. The company's Appian practice has seen considerable growth in both certified practitioners and the tools supporting them, an achievement driven by its commitment to creating a nurturing environment. A dedication to refining hiring and training processes led to a 137% increase in practice headcount over the past year, with 88% of hires being hybrid or fully remote.

Ignyte took home the Innovation Award for creating impactful solutions. The firm has developed enterprise-grade solutions to address specific market challenges, utilising prebuilt features and the flexibility of the Appian Platform. Consequently, Ignyte's initiatives have significantly rocketed in value, exceeding $7 million in 2024 and $1 million NNACV in 2023.

The Delivery Award for speed and project excellence was won by Perficient. Known for its extensive experience and successful project deliveries, the company's expansive portfolio of capabilities has been instrumental in driving value with Appian. It consistently produces tangible results, ensuring quality and cost-effective delivery. This approach has not only led to high customer satisfaction scores but also enabled Perficient to effectively scale up to meet the increasing expert delivery demands.
