Unisys keeps operations local in Asia Pacific with new security experts

Unisys is reaffirming its commitment to the Asia Pacific region, with the appointment of three new security experts who will work with clients and their cybersecurity solutions spanning design and sales through to delivery.

Alan Chan, director of business development, will lead the company's Australia and New Zealand security business. With 15 years of experience in helping customers adopt advanced security technologies, he will be working with Gaurav Gupta, director of business development across Asia.

Leon Mason's new role as senior pre-sales architect will see him based in Sydney and helping customers across the entire Asia Pacific region. He has more than 25 years experience working with IBM, Symantec and SoftGen. He will work to identify, understand and advise clients about technical solutions.

Finally, Ashwin Pal will join the team as director of security delivery, based in Sydney. He has 18 years of IT industry experience at the likes of Dimension Data and Gen-I, and will work with Unisys to achieve successful delivery of its security projects across the Asia Pacific region.
