Claroty names James Love as new Chief Revenue Officer

Wed, 21st Jan 2026

Claroty has appointed James Love as Chief Revenue Officer as the cyber-physical systems security vendor continues to develop its sales operations and product roadmap.

Love joins Claroty with more than 25 years of experience across technology and cybersecurity leadership roles. Claroty said he has led go-to-market functions, sales strategy and execution, and partner and alliance ecosystems.

Love most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Radiant Logic. Claroty said he led the company through a successful exit.

"James joins Claroty at a pivotal moment in our journey," said Yaniv Vardi, CEO of Claroty. "As we expand our leadership as the most unified platform for CPS protection, his proven ability to scale high-performing sales organisations, develop exceptional talent, and build winning cultures will be critical to our next phase."

Security focus

Claroty positions its business around protection of cyber-physical systems. These environments often include operational technology and connected devices across industrial settings and critical infrastructure.

The company linked the appointment to a broader push that includes work on artificial intelligence. Claroty recently launched The CPS Library. The company described it as an AI-powered asset catalogue.

Claroty said The CPS Library focuses on visibility and accuracy for tracking asset specifications.

Love has held executive roles at Illumio, Imperva, Orca Security, Arxan Technologies and Radiant Logic, according to Claroty. The company said he built sales teams and developed go-to-market processes in those roles.

Claroty also said Love worked on partner and alliance ecosystems during his previous roles. It did not provide details on the commercial priorities he will take on at Claroty, or whether he will be based in a specific region.

Market signals

Claroty pointed to analyst recognition over the past 12 months as it sets out its next phase of growth. The company said it was named a leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for CPS Protection Platforms and in The Forrester Wave: IoT Security Solutions, Q3 2025.

The appointment comes as vendors across cybersecurity place more emphasis on operational technology security and industrial environments. Demand in this segment ties closely to manufacturing, utilities, transport and other organisations that run mission-critical services.

"I'm thrilled to be joining Claroty at a time when CPS security is top of mind for every organisation supporting mission-critical infrastructure," said Love. "The customers we serve need a trusted source of operational truth, and I look forward to bringing our vision for an unmatched CPS protection program to more organisations as we continue our rapid growth in 2026 and beyond."
